About Dad

As a Dad of two children, a young lady of 23 and a young lad of 19, I have slowly increased my cooking in the kitchen over the years.
All self taught I have created my own recipes, taken others and put a twist on them and sometimes just outright pinched them!
I love cooking and I thought I would create a little site where it would be possible for my daughter to access all of the recipes.
Maybe a few others will indulge and enjoy along the way!
