Cheese Sauce

You will need:
40g Plain Flour
40g Unsalted Butter
300ml Milk
85g Grated Cheddar
To make this:
Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on a high heat whisking constantly.
Once thickened, remove from the heat and add 85g of grated cheddar.
You can also add a little nutmeg and black pepper
