Posh Cheese Sauce

You will need:
40g Plain Flour
40g Unsalted Butter
300 ml Milk
60g Edam, grated
30g Mature Cheddar, grated
60ml Double Cream
To make this:
Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on a high heat whisking constantly.
Once thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese and the double cream
