Fruit Smoothie

Serves 2
You will need:
1 x banana chopped
1 x glass of frozen fruit
1 x glass of milk or juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
Handful of oats
To make this:
Add the banana and frozen fruit to a blender and blend
Add the oats
Add the milk or juice
Add the yoghurt
Add the honey and blend once more
