Full English Frittata

Serves 2/3

You will need:

4 x sausages chopped

6 x streaky bacon chopped

4 tbsp baked beans

Salt and pepper

A little oil

6 x cherry tomatoes halved

12 x mushrooms chopped

6 x eggs

30g mature cheddar

To make this:

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the sausages for 5 minutes

Add the bacon for 4 minutes

Add the mushrooms for 4 minutes

Add the beans and tomatoes for 3 minutes

Whisk the eggs and add the grated cheese on top

Once the underneath is cooked, pop under the grill for 5 minutes

Serve on it's own or with salad
