How to cook Asparagus

You will need:

Asparagus spears- Hard end removed

Salt and pepper

60g Butter

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic chopped

To make this:

Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan

Add the salt and pepper

Add the garlic for 1 minute

Add the asparagus

Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat turning regularly
