Porridge

You will need:
40g Porridge Oats
sugar(brown if possible)
Cinnamon
275ml Milk
To make this:
Add the milk to the porridge oats in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Then simmer for 3 minutes
Pour into a cold bowl and let it stand for 3 minutes
Mix a tablespoon of sugar with 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle this across the top of the porridge
Leave for 1 1/2 minutes and this will form a crust
Now cut a checkered pattern in the top and pour on some additional milk
Delicious!
