Ciabatta with Haloumi and Pepper

Serves 2

You will need:

Ciabatta x2

1 x red pepper

Sundried tomato paste or guacamole

Haloumi- sliced

Rocket


To make this:

Slice the pepper and cover with olive oil- Roast in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Griddle the haloumi for about 6 minutes per side and on a low heat- Keep an eye on it!

Toast the ciabatta

Once toasted, butter and spread a thin layer of tomato paste/guacamole

Place the rocket on and then the haloumi followed by the peppers

Serve with a little side salad or chips
