Crepes/Pancakes

Serves 2
You will need:
125g Plain Flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
280ml milk
To make this:
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl
Make a well in the middle and add the egg
Slowly add the milk and whisk as added
Whisk to a double cream consistency
Rest it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes
Put a teaspoon of oil in a medium heat frying pan and swirl around
pour a small ladle of mixture in and swirl around to cover the base
Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes per side
