Croute Savoyarde

You will need:

Butter

2 slices of crusty bread

1 garlic clove whole

100ml white wine

2 slices ham

100g Gruyere cheese

2 eggs


To make this:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees

Butter two bowls large enough to place the bread in

Rub both sides with garlic

Pour over the wine between the two

Top with ham and cheese

Bake for 20 minutes

Poach two eggs to go on top
