Individual Potato Rostis

You will need:
2 tbsp Plain Flour
1 Beaten Egg
1 Onion
Salt/Pepper
600g Potatoes(shredded)
Olive Oil
To make this:
Mix the shredded potato, onion, flour and egg together in a bowl.
Add the salt and pepper
Using approximately 125g, make individual roosts and fry in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes each side on a medium heat.
Once cooked, place on a greased baking tray and bake for around 5-8 minutes at 200c
