Scrambled Eggs in a pan

Serves 2
You will need:
4 Eggs
35ml Double Cream
35g Butter
Salt and Pepper
2 Slices of bread
To make this:
In a small frying pan, melt the butter gently
In a bowl mix the eggs, cream and salt and pepper
Pour the eggs into the melted butter and whisk gently but constantly
After a couple of minutes remove and pop on top of the toast!
